v0.16.2-gitlab.24 did not have it's version updated in `version/version.go`

Hello. While packaging v0.16.2-gitlab.24 of docker-machine, our testing found that the version number was not incremented in version/version.go. This is causing verification failures in Homebrew. Wanted to raise this issue for awareness.
