Prefix test with result symbol

The current results symbol works in most Linux and PowerShell in VS Code, but in PowerShell itself it's not part of the character set for any of the default fonts. Plus, this would give an easy indication of results.

Symbols for pass (√) and fail (×) are pretty universal, but need to define a symbol for warning.
