Clipping planes missing on new 3D Tiles nodes

Summary

Clipping plane value is not properly transmitted to new 3D Tiles nodes.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the clipping plane example: https://giro3d.org/latest/examples/clipping_planes.html
2. Move around, zoom in, zoom out

Expected behaviour

Newly created tiles have the clipping planes set correctly.

Actual behaviour

Newly created tiles do not have the clipping planes set.
