BIL files served by the IGN Géoplateforme are not readable

Summary

Looks like the layers ELEVATION.ELEVATIONGRIDCOVERAGE.HIGHRES served by https://data.geopf.fr/wmts?SERVICE=WMTS&VERSION=1.0.0&REQUEST=GetCapabilities suddenly started to return zlib compressed tiles instead of raw data.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the ign_data example

Expected behaviour:

Elevation data is loaded correctly.

Actual behaviour:

There are errors in the console.
