App: Add Account - Users are able to add 2 or more default accounts. (Should not have more than 1 default account).

App Version: 3.0.3 main 4eb62970 (App Store version of the app)

1. Install the App (on iOS or Android - does not matter).
2. Go to "Settings" > "Accounts", and click on "Add Account".
3. Enter an existing account that you may have already associated withe the fieldkit site.
4. You'll see the Account added as the default account as expected. 5. You'll also see the "Add Account" button still and if I click it, I am able to add another email address associated with the site, to add that account as well.
5. The issue now is, I will see 2 DEFAULT accounts.

There should only be one default account associated with the app. Not 2. This needs to be corrected.
