Screenshots should get highlighted directly while scrolling (not just after lifting the finger)

• Device model/manufacturer: OnePlus 3T

What did you do? (clear steps if possible)

• Open details screen of an app that has screenshots (eg Telegram)
• Notice that the first screenshot is slightly bigger
• Scroll to the right through the screenshots
• When lifting the finger, another screenshot gets slightly higher (the one in the middle)

What did you expect to see?

• The screenshot in the mittle of the screen should get bigger directly while scrolling (creating some sort of a coverflow effect)

What did you see instead?

• The screenshot in the mittle of the screen gets bigger only if I am lifting my finger. It is possible to move the bigger screenshot out of the screen
