Spend/Bank Momentum tool fails with error in the console

Issue report - Spend/Bank momentum window not closing and allowing to bank infinite momentum.

Description of the issue

Checked with already existing world - updated to current version and newly created clean without any additional modules (no players added and probably this is why you can see points being added to Doom pool at the attached GIF)

simply generate momentum by actor using any skill test and try banking or spending it
