Allow modification of Health values via direct number edit for Tablet/Phone users

Short description of the proposed feature

The only way to modify player character's Vigor and Resolve values is to use the mouse scroll wheel to adjust the number. Players using tablet computes and laptop computes cannot easily adjust this value as scroll is not available on tablet and scroll gesture not always connect properly.

Proposed implementation

Allow update of the number field directly by clicking on it and replacing it with another number, in addition to the mouse scroll control.
