Post button on Item sheets does nothing

Description of the issue

It seems the issue reported in #192 (closed) is not yet resolved, as the POST button on any sheet from Item library does not post the item details to the chat. All works fine once the item is in PC inventory, but the GM cannot show it to players without assigning to a PC.

Expected behavior / Proposed solution

Clicking on the POST button should post the description, as if it is initiated from PC sheet.
