Ethereum-indexer-improve-store-block-information-system

• Replace store information table by fields in block table and stat_blocks table
• Copy all information in store information tables to the created fields
• Update reset, set_finish, get_latest function
• Update binaries to store blocks information (transactions, receipts, traces, and statistics). Store from a block number to latest block, and from the same block number to the first block.
