Don't show "00:00" on the overview page

Sometimes you only want to enter a day and no time for a new bill. The user then probably leaves the time at 00:00. Therefore it would be nice if the overview page would not show 00:00, but rather be omitted for reasons of overview. Alternatively, an option to remove the time could be placed.
