Suggestion for a re-design of "new bill"

Accompanying the re-design of sidebar, "new bill" (+edit) could get a redesign too. Maybe something to celebrate by jumping to MB version 0.1/1.0 then? Because your app works flawlessly, so no "beta 0.x" versioning needed, IMO :-)

Advantages of re-design:

• everything at one glance, no need to scroll down
• available space is used better (less blank space, more compact)
• Category selection can be done right before/after typing "what" (these two things belong together, IMO). Category selection might be a little hidden now, but if you plan to implement #39, it will be more obvious. Otherwise we can look for ideas to highlight this possibility.
• Time: Opt-out if people only want to have date. Just an idea.
• selection of "who paid" is easier/faster: one click instead of two clicks and drop-down-menu
• "how much": You probably won't need all the space till the right corner, so the field can be smaller. Clickable payment method icons can be placed right next to it, then. Not mandatory to click payment method though. Long press on each method to show what the symbol stands for. Again, easier/faster: one click instead of two clicks and drop-down-menu
• I didn't show "repeat this bill every" since it looks like you have deleted it in dev-version. If you want to keep it, I would also go with similar buttons like payer or payment method selector (no drop-down-menu).
