[Feature Request] Centralized settelment

Let's say you have three people A, B and C with the following operations A=c=>B, A=b=>C and B=a=>C, where U=y=>V means that U owes y money to V (y can be negative). Then if you centralize the settlement on A then you get A=(c-a)=>B and A=(b+a)=>C.

Even if it's not optimal with respect to the number of operations, I think it makes the organization of the settlement more easy because this way, A takes care of all the settlements.
