Debian format installation package uses zstd compression unsupported on some Debian based distributions

The Debian format installation package was created on Ubuntu, a Debian derivative, which supports zstd compression. However, some Debian based distributions, in particular Raspberry Pi OS, may not support zstd compression in dpkg installs.

The Debian format installation package needs to be created with the -Zxz flag to dpkg-deb.
