Migrate to apiversion 3 ?

Find out if there are any other motivations for updating to apiVersion3 in block.json for the block besides https://make.wordpress.org/core/2023/07/18/miscellaneous-editor-changes-in-wordpress-6-3/#post-editor-iframed

from briefly reading and checking https://developer.wordpress.org/block-editor/reference-guides/block-api/block-api-versions/ ; doesn't seem to be a low risk move to ensure any future proofing issue by just upgrading the block to apiversion 3.
