Service: Email

Having added a services section to the website with #84 (closed) it is now important to fill out the services and then the client case studies. This issue will be a placeholder for the content/services/email/_index.md page and will include an introductory paragraph, a description of services and (automated) reference to the case studies in the content/services/email/ directory.
