Service: Custom Apps

Going to write about my maintenance and creation of custom apps as a service I provide. Need to find a balance between fixing broken ones and creating new ones to spec. Highlight as the idea to make them more usable and upgradable and that by principal I do not lock people into where I only have access. They can chose to go with someone else but more often than not they appreciate that and go with me.
