[Feature] Share comments between hosts (comments tag attribute)

My use case is to share comments on our mirror wiki with the origin wiki (which don't have a comment section) via a Tempermonkey user script, the mirror is read-only and community editors want to check comments from the mirror when visiting the origin site.

It would also be useful for multilingual use cases similar to the page-id one.
