Provide release binary without cgo

My server is a bit outdated and does not have the correct glibc version required for cgo.

I am currently compiling comentario myself with the CGO_ENABLED=0 env variable it works.

It would be great if you would provide a build without the need for cgo.

It's a hassle to build comentario on windows and behind a corporate proxy 😄
