Display date of archival on project page

Archived projects are displayed as archived but we should the date of the archival.

GitHub displays like this:

This repository has been archived by the owner on Nov 28, 2022. It is now read-only.

Maybe omit “by the owner” because we don’t store who archived and site admins are allowed to do so? 🤔
