Allow disabling of Ansible tests in CLI

As an admin I want to chose whether to execute the Ansible integrated tests during the deployment, in order to speed up the deployment if needed.

Acceptance critera

• in the CLI wizard to create the inventory a question is asked whether the tests should be executed
