Unable to see bottom portion of website

When the toolbar is in fixed mode (i.e. scroll-to-hide is disabled, which has been the case due to #144 (closed)), the bottom bit of any website is always hidden from view, regardless of whether the toolbar is at the top or bottom of the screen. On some websites this doesn't matter much or is hardly noticeable (e.g. wikipedia). On other sites, it makes them almost unusable (e.g. the website formerly known as Twitter, which relies on a bottom bar for much of its navigation).
