Add "fecha_inhabilitacion" field to "CuotaMantenimiento" model.

To prevent balance mistakes on calculating a 'mantenimiento' person's debt, we need to add a datefield on the "CuotaMantenimiento" model that indicates when that value is not applied anymore. In this way we will manage to do calaculations of debt in time basis.
