No Audio on Head Unit

Whenever playing audio in an actual head unit, it doesn't have any sound unless another app (such as Google Maps) is playing audio. When this happens, it only plays audio as long as the other app is doing so. Once the third-party app finishes, the Branham Player goes silent.

Note that the Android Auto app built into the phone does not appear to have this issue.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the Branham Player in Android Auto and play a sermon
2. Observe the silence
3. Open Google Maps and begin a route to somewhere
4. Whenever the voice assistant speaks, the Brahnam Player plays audio and stops whenever Google Maps stops speaking
