Add App Center Analytics

It would be helpful to have some analytics and crash reporting data from Microsoft App Center in the app. This task is to add in the necessary libraries and bootstrap the analytics. Since App Center does not support delineating between multiple flavors of an app, like Firebase, there are two versions of the app registered on App Center:

1. Android - for production
2. Android (Development) - for development

Use the existing flavors to point to the correct instance of the app on App Center.

For the development flavor, capture only analytics data. For the production flavor, collect both analytics and crashes.
