Disable Crashlytics for Non-Release Builds

We trigger crashes all of the time during development because it's development!!! These crashes are recorded by Crashlytics and are all fake and unnecessary. Therefore, turn them off so that development can continue without fake Crashlytics emails and trending stability warnings.
