Remove the Material Drawer Library
The MaterialDrawer library is nice but has caused lots of issues. The latest issue is a total blocker. It does not render at all now that the module which implements it is a dynamic feature module. So, to fix this rip out the library and re-implement the same funtionality using a real navigation drawer.
