Convert Local Logging to Loggly

It is helpful to have logs recorded in the cloud for whenever something unusual happens during testing while driving in the car with no debugger attached. This task is to convert all of the logs printed to Logcat to Logs sent to Loggly. This step allows for better insight into things which may go wrong without a debugger.

Consider establishing criteria for how logs are grouped (or tagged) for better organization within Loggly. For ease of use, this solution should also log to the console.
