verifications purge only summarizes results when simulating the action. Make it so this always occurs.

While you're in there, also prettify the output:

• add a title to the embed, whose text varies based on the action and contains the results count
• add fields: action (simulate or purge), and evaluation period
• add footer that says whether or not auto-purge is scheduled for the guild
