Alt/new platform user detection and DM note

When a new member joins who seems like they're new to the platform, or are an alt, DM them with pertinent guild policy, and potentially kick them due to noncompliance.

Detection criteria:

• Account created within the last month
• No profile picture

Nice to have:

• "Offensive" username (curse words or lewd terms)
• Nonsensical username (keysmash)
• Branded "default" profile picture (need an asset pack to compare checksums to)

Trigger criteria:

• Detection match
• Member verification module enabled
• This feature enabled

DM the user telling them that guild policy requires them to have an appropriate account; only including relevant details in the message, such as that they need to set/change their PFP, or update their username.

If they do not comply within a configurable timespan, DM alerting them of the removal before executing the kick.
