Honeypot react-role

A honeypot option for react-roles would be useful to detect bots and underage users.

When a member interacts with this sort of react-role, the following should happen:

• a notification is sent to the moderation channel, along with a ping to the staff role
• a waiter is called that removes the reactions after a few minutes (ala sweep)

Optionally, the react-role should be able to be configured to open a ticket:

• a private channel is created under a configurable category
• the channel is named ticket-username
• overrides are set to grant view perms to the global mod role, and the reactor
• the bot posts a templated message, including a ping to the requestor
