Publish Docker images to an alternative registry

Due to the newly introduced rate limiting on dockerhub (https://www.docker.com/increase-rate-limits) the images can't be pulled any longer if the rate (100|200 pulls per 6 hours) are exceeded. It would be convenient if you push the images on another registry like quay.io as well.
