Allow xref to reference page alias

If an xref references the ID of a page alias, Antora should resolve that alias to the page that claims it. Hence, when a page is moved, it should be possible to use a page alias to prevent existing internal references to that page from breaking. Currently, Antora considers this scenario a broken reference. (The page aliases are only relevant for inbound links from external sites).
