Allow the component name and version page attributes to be resolvable from the component descriptor

Referencing discussion on Reference the version key as attribute value in antora.yml

It would be very helpful if the component name (name) and version page (version) attributes could get resolved and usable in both site.yml (playbook) and antora.yml (component descriptor) as attribute post they get defined. For usecases see the referenced discussion on Zulip.
