Detect and warn when Antora extension has been registered as AsciiDoc extension

A common mistake users make when first starting to develop Antora extensions is that they register the extension as an AsciiDoc (Asciidoctor) extension. Antora should detect when this occurs and issue a warning, perhaps even skipping the extension to avoid a crash.
