Switch from glob-stream to fast-glob to scan for files

The scan action should use fast-glob to scan for files instead of glob-stream. The only public facing impact is that the glob pattern for the scan is based on micromatch (or picomatch with braces), which happens to be consistent with all patterns used in Antora. fast-glob is also more efficient and has far less dependencies.
