Website displays daytime dependency altough EUREGIO does not define one

Currently a splitted map (daytime dependency) is shown, which is wrong for the dates:

• https://lawinen.report/bulletin/2025-12-08
• https://lawinen.report/bulletin/2025-12-09

There is a daytime dependency in SI for both dates, so maybe the splitted map is shown if any of the loaded regions has a daytime dependency.

But we want to show the splitted map only if there is a daytime dependency within EUREGIO.
