Introduce a new sub-page representing our Virtual Reality Project under the section education

Hi @rfabrizi, @TransWanner and @simon04
we would like to introduce a simple sub-page within the section Education called Virtual Reality and using the following link > https://lawinen.report/education/vr; the page can be very simple and needs a structure similar to https://lawinen.report/more/about

In addition, it would be nice to design a little banner similar to the one we had for our user survey that may teaser the project on our landing page.
