[feature request] Don't underline note title in the New Interface

Note header is separated from the text with a horizontal separator line, and all fields are underlined too. It looked all right in the old interface, but in the new one there is only one field - note title, and double underline look superfluous. Suggestion: don't underline note title in the New Interface, separator line is sufficient.
