2 out of 3 high powered LEDs automatically (fully) on

I built a high powered PiVR but the two lower left (out of 3 high powered LED connectors) connector circuits are misbehaving at the moment. They are always fully on, when all connectors are in place.

The initial test of high powered LED function is working fine, i.e. when I plug in either of the three LED arrays into the second connector from the top, I can manipulate the LED intensity using the GUI perfectly. I can plug the individual LED arrays into the power adapter directly and they turn on just fine. There does not seem to be anything wrong with the cabling, or LEDs, but rather something with the connections on the PCB? I checked my soldering and cleaned any rosin remains; all looks well. Could anyone point me to what the issue may be?

PS. I did set the PiVR GUI to "high power leds" function, restarted, etc. And also verified that the PWM values are correct (according to the manual).
