A new command like /at should provide autocompletion of Matrix user names and allow mentioning a Matrix user even when their name is silly.

Mentions usually work anyway due to overzealous keywords, but this would provide reassurance to Discord users.

Is this a good idea, though? Mentions should "just work" anyway without needing any special commands. This might make people think that the command is the only way to mention Matrix users.

Maybe the command feedback could include info about how acceptable mentions work. Could create an additional ephemeral message with a brief user guide?
