General Info
🌞 Light or moderate rain won’t stop the fun! The event will only be canceled in case of a thunderstorm or heavy rain, and if that happens, we’ll send you tickets for another session. On cloudy days with a chance of rain, we recommend wearing clothes you don’t mind getting wet. Wet inflatables make the experience even safer—and even more fun!
📅 Date and time: choose directly when purchasing your tickets. Secure your spot by buying your tickets online if you plan to go directly to the venue!
⏰ The 9:00 am session is recommended for children, the 12:30 pm and 4:00 pm sessions are suitable for all ages, and the 7:30 pm session is ADULTS ONLY (ages 16+).
⏳ Each session has a total duration of 3 hours.
🏰 The party at The Castle lasts 50 minutes.

👤 Age requirement: open to all ages — children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, and children under 2 years old enter for free
🕐 Be sure to arrive on time for your session to enjoy all the experiences; we recommend arriving 30 minutes early so you're among the first in line to your scheduled session
📌 Please note: on your first visit, purchasing official The Big Bounce socks is mandatory; you can reuse them on future visits. If you purchase the VIP Pack, the socks will be included automatically.
🚘 Parking at the venue is managed independently from The Big Bounce and is limited, so we recommend arriving early
🚩 Remember, VIP area access is only allowed with a wristband. Children can only enter if accompanied by an adult with VIP, so you must purchase one for each person in your group.
