Description
València emerges as an epicenter of art and design after its designation in 2022 as "World Design Capital" and, in 2023, as "City of Design" by UNESCO. And it is from there that Turiart launches a unique and avant-garde cultural experience hand in hand with LAVAC (Association of Contemporary Art Galleries of the Valencian Community). With the aim of inviting residents and visitors to explore the city from a different perspective, "València Art & Design Walks" is created as an innovative proposal of tourist routes that fuses contemporary art, avant-garde architecture and design through the lesser known but equally captivating corners of Valencia. The aim of these routes is to offer art and design walks through the streets and contemporary art galleries of the city, led by artistic performers who are passionate about transmitting the creative essence of Valencia. In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to have exclusive meetings with local artists and creators, immersing visitors in contemporary Valencian culture.
