An American actress, born in Los Angeles, California, USA. She was educated at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in England. She is the youngest daughter of actors Hume Cronyn and Jessica Tandy. She made her Broadway debut in 1969 in the play Cabaret. She is known for her roles in many films and plays, including Twisted (1986), The Christmas Story (1983), and Age-Old Friends (1989).
