先週、公認会計士のインサイダー取引事件の勧告がありましたが、公認会計士によるインサイダー取引が、新日本監査法人に続いて2例目になるかと思いますが、高い倫理性が求められる公認会計士によってそのような事件が起きたということと、今回もともとのM&A（合併・買収）の情報を漏らしたのが野村證券の社員であったと認定されていますが、野村證券においては、既に一度社員によるインサイダー取引事件もあったわけですが、同じ会社の同じ部署が、また同じように舞台になったというところに関しての金融庁としての見立て、そして今後の、もしあり得るとしたら野村證券に対してどのようなお話を聞かれて、どのように対処していかれるのか、お願いできますでしょうか。例文帳に追加
