First off i hate bleed cuts but ok whatever. Unfortunately your back of cards aren’t really setup to allow bleed without losing much of what makes the backs fun.

Since it is in dexterous I would print the back to an image if it is a composite. Setup a new layout with a background and image layer and add a boundary shadow to give a mosaic tile effect  for example top overlay box and shadow and insert image with boundary shadow.
