Shards are the currency used to buy eggs in the Market. They are earned through various activities around the site:
| Stealing an egg from the cave: | 5 |
| Breeding dragons to produce an egg: | 2 |
| Taking an abandoned egg: | 1 |
| Hatching an egg: | 3 |
| Growing an adult dragon: | 3 |
| Reviewing other users’ descriptions: | 1 |
You can earn up to 100 each week. This limit resets on Sundays.
