The permissions of the license.

COMMERCIAL_USE	May be used for commercial purposes.
DISTRIBUTION	May be distributed.
MODIFICATION	May be modified.
PATENT_RIGHTS	Provides an express grant of patent rights from contributors.
PRIVATE_USE	May be used for private purposes.

Prefix searches with a type followed by a colon (e.g. fn:) to restrict the search to a given type.

Accepted types are: fn, mod, struct, enum, trait, type, macro, and const.

Search functions by type signature (e.g. vec -> usize or * -> vec)
