Cursor in text causes enlarged text box nearby

How to disable it, it is driving me nuts.

sounds like something one would enable and disable in macos accessibility features

as in someone would poor eyesight would enable to be able to read the text

if it was me then that would be the first place I would look to disable such a feature.

Not Hover text, but Hover Typing is what controls it, for whoever gets in the same trouble. It would be great to have it in a key. Thanks
