An Apple Watch can only be paired with one iPhone. Multiple Apple Watches can be paired to one iPhone, but not the reverse.
You’ll have unpair the Watch from one iPhone and pair it to another.
Thanks for your reply! Actually its related to the "calls on other devices" feature. I tried to use the apple watch cellular like an iphone to transfer phone calls from one to another devices.
